This zine centers around fashion + the love and passion between the Okinawan politician Ainosuke Shindo and his personal secretary and childhood friend Tadashi Kikuchi (also known by their S names ADAM and Snake).

Q: Who are you people?
A: We are a group of anime-loving friends with a wide variety of zine and print experience. We are also the mods for the Adam DiRTzine.
Q: Are all of the moderators adults?
A: Yes
Q: What is the rating of this zine?
A: This zine is intended for readers 18 years old or older. Art and writing contributors must be at least 18 years old of age as of submitting their application.
For the purposes of this zine, all depictions of Ainosuke and Tadashi are 18 years old or older.
Q: What charity will benefit from this project?
A: Our proceeds will go to Dogs for Better Lives.
Q: Is NSFW/Adult content allowed?
A: Yes
Q: Is SFW content allowed?
A: Yes
Q: Will the content be softcore or hardcore?
A: It will contain both and will be curated into two separate parts depending on intensity and themes. Any physical release would focus on general 18+ works while heavier content would remain solely as a digital-only release. The digital releases can be bought separately from one another.
Q: Doggy Style is "Adult Only". Are you only looking for adult content contributors?
A: Nope! General shipping work is also allowed. The project is R-18 due to allowing sexual content rather than being fully sexual the whole time. "Safe for Work" TadaAi/AiTada is great too. :)
Q: Is there a zine theme?
A: This is a zine with a loose theme of TadaAi/AiTada "passion and fashion". There will be more details, ideas, and inspiration in the guidelines on what we are looking for.
Q: Why "Doggy Style"?
A: Because Tadashi is a good dog. Also it's a silly raunchy name for a fun sexy zine.
Q: Will this zine be physical or digital?
A: Our goal is to have a digital release. However if there is enough interest, we may consider a physical release in the future after the digital release.
Q: Is this zine strictly Top!Tadashi and Bottom!Ainosuke? (aka "fixed ship")
A: This zine will feature both TadaAi and AiTada! Double the pleasure, double the fun.
Q: Can pieces depict Ainosuke or Tadashi alone? Are other Sk8 the Infinity characters allowed?
A: Solo pieces are allowed but this zine is focused on Tadashi and Ainosuke only.
Q: Are already created works allowed?
A: All work submitted to this zine must be completely new.
Q: Will there be merch?
A: TBA

A: The zine mod squad is based in the USA.
Q: When will the zine come out?
A: We expect to have a digital release out in December. Happy Holidays! Any physical release would be in 2022 if it happens.

About the Zine
Doggy Style is a Sk8 the Infinity zine starring Ainosuke Shindo and Tadashi Kikuchi (also known by their S names ADAM and Snake). This is a charity zine that will benefit Dogs for Better Lives.
Our objective is to showcase artwork and writings centered around Ainosuke and Tadashi’s passion and love as a couple. This project will contain adult themes and is unsuitable for people under 18 years old.
Overall the feeling of the zine is sexy and fun with room to play with shades of gray.
We are looking for fanart and fanfiction to include in this zine.
One of the zine’s prompt inspirations are fashion magazine spreads (and fashion in general) combined with erotica. Fashion is sexy in all sorts of ways and “fashion” in this sense can refer to everything from indie/underground fashion to sex apparel to high fashion. It may also simply refer to articles of clothing or accessories.
Fashion is an art and regularly has very sexy or fantastical imagery associated with it. Likewise, erotica is also sexy and fantastical.
The other half of the inspiration is simply about the Ainosuke and Tadashi pairing and all that it embodies. Thus, “fashion meets passion”.
We hope that you will have fun exploring these concepts.
This combination allows contributors to explore a wide range of potential ideas. The inspirations serve as a starting point rather than as a hard guideline. The sky (moon?) is the limit!

Zine Specifications:
Digital Release ( 6 x 9 inches)
Piece Requirements:
Must fit within the Tadashi x Ainosuke / Ainosuke x Tadashi theme of the zine.
Ainosuke and/or Tadashi must be depicted in the piece or must involve or depict Ainosuke and Tadashi in a meaningful way even if they aren’t the direct subjects.
They may be depicted together or solo but their status as a couple should be reflected in some way (ie: A solo Tadashi wearing a collar for Ainosuke who is not in the image is acceptable)
The general theme is “fashion meets passion” and the pieces may play this prompt seriously or put a cheeky twist on it. Of course, if they’re not wearing clothes, then you may focus more on the passion or just TadaAi/AiTada in general.
Since this is a shipping zine about Ainosuke and Tadashi, they need to be involved in some way.
For example: an illustration of a hotel bedroom with the evidence of Ainosuke and Tadashi’s clothing strewn about would count even if neither man is directly depicted.
All pieces must depict Ainosuke and Tadashi as age eighteen or older
For the purposes of this zine, both characters must be depicted as 18 or older. Pieces with high school era Ainosuke and Tadashi are allowed but for the purpose of zine publication, they are at least 18.
Pairings outside of TadaAi/AiTada will not be featured
This project is centered around Tadashi and Ainosuke as a couple so other couples will not be a main feature in the zine. Other pairings involving Tadashi and Ainosuke with other people are not our focus so they will not be included.
Pieces may be non-sexual (general), suggestive (“softcore”), or overtly sexual (“hardcore”)
The zine is 18+ but this does not exclude non-sexual general TadaAi/AiTada material.
We love soft and sweet just as much!
General refers to art that is not sexual in nature. (General hugs, handholding, and kisses, etc)
Softcore refers to pieces that do not directly depict penetrative sex or aroused genitalia. (ie: you don’t see A go into B but it may be left to the imagination even if it’s very clear that sexy things are happening.)
Hardcore refers to pieces that depict explicit sexual acts. (ie: you definitely see A go into B)
NOTE:
While we will allow darker and various hardcore material such as dubious consent (“dubcon”), angst, blood, etc, each pitch and piece needs to be approved by moderators and may require discussion on a case by case basis prior to approval.
Darker materials will be preceded by content warnings in the final zine.
Pieces may not include extreme graphic hate or violence.
Gratuitous violence, hate, or gore falls outside of the specs of our project. This includes non-consensual acts (“noncon”), ero-guro, vore, character death, extremely disturbing imagery, etc. This zine is more about happy endings rather than sad gruesome ones.
If a contributor has any questions about their contribution concepts,
the mods are available to discuss them with you throughout the project timeline.
Contributor Requirements:
Artists and Writers must be 18 years old or older as of the time of application submission
Discord will be required for communication, as it provides a single communication space to make things easier! (https://discord.com)
Your piece(s) for this zine must be entirely new and follow the zine’s theme and piece requirements.
Previews of your piece(s) on social media may be posted only after mods give the okay.
If you miss more than one check-in without communicating with the moderators, you may be removed from the project and replaced with a substitute.
Artists:
• Artists will be provided a template with a print and bleed guide they must follow
• Traditional art will be allowed but it must be scanned/photographed at a print quality level and be submitted while following the same provided template and criteria as digital artists
Writers:
• 500-2000 words
• Will be beta read by our Beta Reader Mod
Merch Artists:
• Based on the interest check, we are looking for: (icons/emotes, digital wallpaper for phone and computer, coloring pages, printable paper craft/dolls, printable postcard-size images, printable stickers,)
• You can apply as both a Merch Artist and a regular Artist
When contributor applications open, the answer to the final question on the form is “alwaysbemydoggy”
Contributor Rewards:
The current plan for contributor compensation is a free digital copy of the zine, and any other digital goods.
